Revelation-What is Different About this Book?

Revelation: The Webster dictionary meaning is this: and there are several definitions of-

capitalized : an apocalyptic writing addressed to early Christians of Asia Minor and included as a book in the New Testament

Some call a revelation a lightbulb moment.   A moment in time when all is clear to them.  And this should be the meaning when we come to this book in the Bible.  

Many people will state that it was John, the author of the Book of Revelation.....Others will say that it was Jesus.....but in reality, the Book of Revelation was delivered by God Himself, who revealed it to John....who wrote it down for us to read.

Amazingly, until recent time, this Book, the last in the Bible has not been under discussion, nor talked about in the churches, nor even studied; except by scholars who study nothing but the Bible and Bible History. Myself, I have been looking at and studying this Book for about the past five years, watching world events and comparing them to the prophecy in this Book... I have found that a book which was written thousands of years ago is right on the money as to its’ Written Word.

It has a”time frame” for the fulfillment of prophecy. Though many are concerned about the validity of it, and try to “guess” ---- even from the days of the prophets — the time these events will come to pass—It is very plainly stated in this Book, that noone knows the time nor the hour with the exception of the Father, who is God. So how can a mere man even begin to presume to guess at what day, time or hour that Jesus will come back to claim His Throne?? This is just not possible unless they are also presuming to be God.

Mat 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors.

Mat 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Mat 24:36 ¶ But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

These are Christ Jesus own words, thereby showing us that He honors His Father as should we.for we are mere humans, and Jesus is Lord.

Also a point being why when people tell me the world is going to end in such and such a year, I pay no mind and do not give a second thought to what they are telling me. It is pointless for me to read about such a thing, for my Father, God is the only One Who knows. To be blunt here, it is a waste of my time to even look at such things. For what reason? To possibly cause me to doubt the only One who I know does not lie??? People who truly believe the words in the Bible are not going to bother with such triviality. God the Father revealed this message, John recorded this message; and the Bible reveals itself to those who are with God and have the understanding of a Child of God. This is why most mortal human beings do not understand what this Book is telling them.....

Jhn 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come [again] unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

Mal 1:6 ¶ A son honoreth [his] father, and a servant his master: if then I [be] a father, where [is] mine honor? and if I [be] a master, where [is] my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

Malachi 1:6 tells us (even tho written years ago) Gods Church does not honor Him, the Father, and thereby has put themselves in the “outer court” for lack of obedience to Him..... Think of what happened when you were a child, and did not honor, nor obey your Father....you were chastised, sometimes heavily, depending on what transgression you had committed. Is it any different then according to God, who is all of our Father that He would not chastise us for disobedience to His Word??? Maybe you should read that again. We are ALL his children, and the Church is to be Christs bride as stated in the Bible. We comprise the Church, not the building, nor the man who supposedly guides us in the Word. Us. So do we not owe God the obedience He asks, versus what we want to do which is against the Word??

I was in a three car accident. My vehicle was hit on the right rear side,directly behind the tire, and then spun and lodged in the drivers side fender of another vehicle. Being still in a tiny bit of shock over all of this, as it left me without a car, I have nothing but praise for My God.

Of the three vehicles involved, my car was the only one which drove away. Albeit, it is basically for all intense purposes undriveable, and should have been towed with the rest, it still drove me to get a rental car for I was running errands on this day, at ten miles an hour through heavy city traffic, no one hit me again....And then when I returned the rental the next day, it drove me at ten miles an hour back to my home. On the day after the crash, I awoke and the first words out of my mouth were Thank YOU God, Thank YOU Jesus for allowing me to be able to drive my car, and for no one hitting me again....Thank YOU GOD for I am sore as the dickens still two days later, but I wear my seat belt and my chest is bruised.....thank you Lord for these bruises instead of broken bones and being hauled off on a stretcher to the hospital. Thank You God, I Praise Your Holy Name.

This is a testament as a believer to the Power of MY God. No one had to go to the hospital, but my car was the only one that “limped” away from the scene. I praise my Lord Jesus - I praise HIM every day. I have no vehicle, but I still Praise HIM, I am alive to sit here and write these words to you....I BELIEVE....There is nothing like MY GOD....He is a protector, a healer, a rock on which to stand and know that no matter what happens, He will always hold you and help you.

Of course dealing with insurance companies is a pain, but I did have insurance as did all the parties involved. My car was lodged into a vehicle which was standing at a stop at a traffic light. As I look back at all of this, I am amazed at what God has done for me. He is an awesome God. Would you have the attitude of myself, or be “freaking out” as to what was going to happen and how you were going to get around?

Gods’ Promises hold forever

He has revealed to us for many years that He will take care of us. And He does. God the Father is my head and I honor Him and I believe on His Son, Jesus----and belief on Him is the door by which we will enter heaven....not by our good works, or by our money, but by belief in the Son and adherence to the commandments of God. I believe, I obey, and I am blessed.

Most people would not say this after having happen to them what I just described to you. But I am so blessed. My dogs were at home, I am not hurt, only very, very sore—and my car, tho wrecked drove me where I absolutely had to go and then drove me home again. Will I drive it again?? No, not until it goes to the shop and has fenders replaced, front headlight, blinker, rear quarter panel and rear lights and has the front axle checked. My old car has everything new under the hood and has actually been almost totally rebuilt, so if the frame itself is not damaged, I will try and have it repaired. But this is at my own cost, as I only carry liability ins. I have a pristine driving record...This is the only accident on my record as old as I am. But God also states he will smite the unbelievers with terrible things. This holds true today as it did in the days of Noah. And it is Written.....as in the days of Noah, Jesus will come again....what were the people doing in the days of Noah?? The same thing they are doing now....perversion to the Word.

Rev 1:1 ¶ The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John:

Rev 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

Rev 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

Rev 19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed [are] they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

What was Jesus message to us? .It was the Kingdom of God in the Spirit of prophecy....Jesus came and told us of His Fathers Kingdom, and how we would share in it, if we followed His Fathers Commandments. Honor Him. How many in todays world actually honor God?? Look around you. You who are reading this may honor Him, but how many others in todays society have the Honor God requires in order to attain the Kingdom which is promised to us??

It is Written that we will be measured, and tried, and that most will fall into the “outer court”–which is where the disbelievers are.....how many would you supposed are in the outer court today?? In fact, even most believers, fall short as they do not honor all of Gods Feast and Holy days as written in Leviticus 23. Oh, yest, we are to honor those days for all of eternity. This is a part of the great deception of the evil one. He has caused us to be blinded into believing that these feast days, Sabbaths and Holy Days were done away with by the coming of Jesus Christ, and His death on the cross, and by His ascending to Heaven to be with His Father again......They are all wrong. We are to follow these days until the end of our days and then until the end of all time.....The Book of Revelation reveals the worlds crisis AND how YOU can escape it.


As Jesus will be leading us sitting on the Throne of David, we will honor those days, the feasts and Sabbaths of our Lord. All who do not will be thrown into the lake of fire. This is all written in your Bible. Revelation is showing us that our time is short. But we do not know how short. Does it make any sense at all not to totally follow Gods Word???

Read Leviticus 23. No we do not sacrifice animals today, but we are to stop and honor the Feasts of the Lord and His Sabbaths. Remember to keep the Sabbath Holy. This means no work, no cooking, you are to do nothing but praise God and Honor Him and Thank Him for all His Goodness. I normally cook the day before the day of rest....God worked six days to create our earth and make it presentable to us after the angels destroyed it....He rested on the seventh day....We are to honor His Day of rest. But today, because of the deception of Satan, almost all do not honor God on the correct day. If you search your Bible, you will understand this day was changed long ago, to suit man ..... and by the order of the harlot, was changed forever.........only those of us who know the proper day, do worship Him in rest on that day. This last statement should hold in your mind to do a little research. I am only writing as I am led....and after what I just went through, I do not write, my fingers just type. In the past three years, I have been tried beyond any belief, yet I still hold true to My God. To Jesus, and His Father. Without them, I would be and have absolutely nothing at all......nothing.... This is where most people are today. Look around you......See my words to you to be true.

Understand the time is very short....He could come tomorrow, but I know He won’t, as there are some prophecies which are again being fulfilled as I write. When the harlot seats herself in Jerusalem...this is when the “Church” and I use this term very loosely.....when the Church of Rome has seated herself (and she is in the process of doing this now. Yes now—watch world events over there) We will have 3- 31/2 years to change our ways and begin after a lifetime of disobedience - to follow the Word. Yes the time is short.

But no man can say, nor should anyone believe the hype that the world will end on a certain date. Sit down, clear your mind, and let the Bible interpret itself to you. I state in almost every hub I write....Jesus is coming soon. Repent of what you are doing against the Word, follow His Commandments, Honor His Sabbaths.....cleanse yourself to be white as snow.....it is possible with repentance and belief to do this. He is coming soon...Are you ready????

I try to be, but I am only human, a grain of sand as I wrote in one of my very first hubs over a year ago.....amongst the millions of other grains.....I am a sinner and do not claim not to be perfect by any means....but yet, I feel forgiven for all that I have ever done.....and follow my Lord, for He is the only One worth following.
