When the "government" Physically Knocks on your front door......

in my mailbox, a letter.   Not an ordinary letter by any means.    No, this was from a newly formed government agency.  

And when I say newly formed, I mean just that.   We are all familiar I would assume with the Department of Human Services, which has been with us for many years, taking care of the people who have fallen either down on their luck, lost jobs, or have no money to pay their medical bills.  We know this agency to help mothers with milk and food for their children when irresponsible male father figures have left them stranded.......

Department of Health and Human Services, it arrived and informed me----and let me make this clear to you....I do not use the agency described above.  Not any portion of it.    This letter came from Maryland.   I live in Minnesota.

I was informed that a person would soon arrive at my home with a badge identifying them as an interviewer..... to ask me questions for a national health study for the USPHS.   I was also told if I completed this question and answer session that I would be paid thirty dollars.   

And my point in even questioning any of this is the fact that we just had a massive health care bill jammed down our throats.   Are they now trying to enter our homes to find out how many people have health care issues to set up their new budget for heath care???    Or is it a ploy to find out about the social security issue, as this is another major thing in all of our futures.     For there will be no social security left in a matter of years for those of us who really would need it.

The letter stated that an "interviewer" would arrive and to look at his id card and then answer a few questions and then he would ask one or two members of the house a few questions.    All info to be confidential and only used for statistical purposes being assured by "federal law"   ....at the bottom of the letter is is approved by the Office of Management and Budget......????

Again, I have a problem with being asked questions by people other than my personal Doctor, whom I see extremely rarely about anything to do with me.   I filled out the Census Form against my better judgement, only because they have been conducting the Census since the days before Jesus was born.  

But to have someone just knock on my door.........which actually happened today.......to ask me about my mental health, other health related issues, my use of tobacco, alcohol, drug or non drug useage just seems like a violation of not only my rights under the constitution, violation of the privacy of my home      and then I was told if I did not answer the questions, I would be harrassed by the government...............EXCUSE ME?????

The newly formed organization is  SAMHSA   Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.      Logo is    Department of Health and Human Services USA.......If I am mistaken and this is not a new organization, I apologize....I have never heard of it but in all my years of living, I have also never heard of letters being sent out paying you for information on your own personal health issues.    Is this how our "healthcare reform" works???   To be harrassed if we do not answer questions which are actually NONE of their business to knock on any of our doors to ask???

I for one do not agree with this process......of course, this is my own personal opinion.   The government as I see it presently has far overstepped it's boundaries as far as personal freedoms and rights guaranteed to us under the Constitution.....which as I have warned all of you reading this that they are able to do without the due process of law.   Let us look at them trying to take away our guns to protect our very homes.    And in this day and age we need them.    

The incidences of rape, robbery, breaking and entering, theft, have excalated to heights unimaginable since the day you and I were born.   There is a lion roaring about the earth seeking whom he may kill and destroy......sad but true fact and a valid indicator we are indeed living in the end times.   

The end times for us Christians, though filled with massive tribulation is a happy time, for we all know our Lord and Savior, My King, is coming soon.   The signs He told us to look for are all around us.    Many view this time of existence as a fearful one.....but those of us who know and have followed the Word are happy.   For we know in the end, knowing Jesus is all that matters.  And if we know Him, we have no worry.    This is what living in the end times is for me.   

Noone knows the day or the hour this will all happen, only His Father in heaven knows the time.  The angels are holding the four corners of the earth for a little while longer waiting for all of Gods children to be sealed.   The Gospel has been spread all through the earth, and the storehouses of the Lords weather have been opened against the earth.   For disobedience to His Word.     Yet few listen or understand the horrors of the earthquakes, the volcanic eruptions, the "weather gone mad"   but it is just God....giving His final warning.  

As far as being told of harrassment for not answering questions.....I did not, will not answer questions from any stranger about my personal affairs.   Only my doctor knows for sure....but it is none I repeat none of anyone elses' business....that is a private thing and will not be violated in MY home......
