What Charges does Obama face? How will he be dealt with?

We all now sit reeling from the inception of the healthcare reform bill and it's hidden policies which were created when this bill was bought into existence.  

Pelosi and Obama worked overtime, Obama cancelling trips for needed affairs, and Pelosi calling in favors from everyone she could .....now we are faced with ultimate loss of personal freedoms.

Many people do not seem to understand what has exactly happened here as they are happy that now they are able to receive the care they were unable to afford prior to this bill.   If they were unable to afford it, they should have gone to Human Services, Disability Programs, or any other method of getting the care they required.  Not supported this heinous bill.

He has committed one lunacy after another, while smiling and telling us he is helping us. But in fact, the major concern first off the bat is there is no proof he is an American Citizen.

Many of you argue this fact, but the State of Hawaii does not even acknowledge a short form birth certificate, and truth in the existence of it is that anyone can go online and create a short form certificate.....A hospital in Hawaii was visited by O and his wife and given a "healthy donation" from the Prez. The selfsame hospital he claims to be born in.

Never mind all of this, We are looking at numerous social security numbers of which we are legally only allowed one. This is fraudulent and carries heavy penalties. Can YOU have more than one??

The Federal Criminal Charges he would face:

False Impersonation of Officer or Employee of the United States (18 U.S.C. § 912), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than three years, or both.

Conspiracy to Commit Offense or to Defraud the United States (18 U.S.C. 371), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than five years, or both.

Activities Affecting Armed Forces During War (18 U.S.C. 2388(a), with the penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than 20 years, or both

False Statement in Application and Use of Passport (18 U.S.C. 1542), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than 25 years (if the offense was committed to facilitate an act of international terrorism); 10 years (in the case of the first or second such offense, if the offense was not committed to facilitate such an act of international terrorism or a drug trafficking crime), or both.

False Impersonation of a Citizen of the United States (18 U.S.C. 911), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than three years, or both.

Perjury (18 U.S.C. 1621), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than five years, or both.

Maybe you think that he should just get away with all of this after taking away our freedoms in the manner which he has. Maybe you think it is ok to act in this manner.

I will tell you right here and now, if this was any of you reading this hub who had committed these crimes, you would be fined and sentenced to jail time.

As he has successfully gotten this horrid bill into law, our Congressmen, Our House of Representatives are out of the picture as far as being able to retract this etrocity. There have been many more than several lawsuits filed against the bill itself and it is up to us to have it taken off the books.

But if you sit back and do nothing at all to combat this evil which has befallen the US as a whole, it will remain in law and gain strength as they use all of the legal jargon embedded in the bill to continue to take away our God given rights under the Constitution.

Of course, I have not forgotten, that many of you have even started to think that God is a myth and the Bible is a fictional book to be tossed out of your homes. That honoring anything to do with God is a thought in the wind to be blown away like the leaves fallen from the trees. You need to change that attitude and yesterday.

You do have a voice. Use it. In the link, there is a survey. It has a portion at the end whereby you may send it in free of charge or to make a donation to fund the fight to get this "law" taken away from our records.

I would suggest that you use one of those options today as we are the only ones who can fight for our rights. And if you value yours at any point, I would have a look at this, fill it out and send it in. Use the free option if you must, but send it in.
