Rainbows in the Morning.....

Happiness is to every person as different as the shirt we put on in the morning....
Sunny days, a walk in the park, your dog jumping up to greet you....
A bowl of chocolate ice cream, a funny movie....the A your child got on his/her test....
There are so many things in life to put a smile on your face.....but the best thing of all to me...
Joy in the morning!
Waking up Early before the sun,
as per normal....the dogs must go out and sniff around to see what new animals had come by during the night hours.....
Putting the coffee on, I contemplated all the things I must really do today, but first, as always, I do my studying.....The Word is first thing early in the morning....This is when God says to seek Him....
As I sit and drink my morning cup of java, I put on a DVD by Creflo Dollar and listen to his message, reading my Bible along with him and going a little further into various scriptures....the sun started to rise....
Now at the hour I get up, it is mostly still dark so I dim the lights and start opening curtains.
HAPPINESS IS A DOUBLE DECKER RAINBOW IN THE SKY AT FIRST LIGHT.......
I was floored. Over the trees and the dew kissed land, was a rainbow....full color...and it was forming a double decker.....two of them, I know you are familiar....But it was morning and no rain in sight.....How could this be?
Normally, it has to rain and the sun to come out while it is raining at least all my life this is the way it has been.....but today...
I had to go outside.....The rainbow lasted for an abnormally long time....and in the quiet of the morning, I realized a sign of hope sent by God to make my day .....never before have I seen such beauty in the morning.....storms loomed on the horizon, but had not come near yet....What a wonderful reminder of His Promise to Man did I wake up to....
In the days of Noah,
after the flood, God sent a rainbow and a promise to man....He would never flood the entire earth again all at one time....
Here is the reference in the days of Noah:
Gen 9:13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
He has kept his promise for thousands of years......and will forevermore.....BUT
Rev 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and [there was] a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
Rev 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow [was] upon his head, and his face [was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
These are the only two references in the Bible to a rainbow......
As I was in the middle of studying the Book of Luke, Chapter 21, I had just finished reading this verse and was recalling the geomagnetic storm we just recently had.....these storms are caused by flares in the sun I believe.....and I walk out and see this wonder in the sky.....may I give you this last scripture in my hub??
Luk 21:25 ΒΆ And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
Our Lord Jesus gives us many signs that He is about to return to claim what is rightfully His...We must not be blinded by the world so that we do not see His signs....To me, the rainbow this morning was a sign of hope.....A sign of Gods Glory in the heaven of sky above...
It lasted for a long long time, longer than any rainbow I have previously seen in my life...mostly they are there and gone....God will keep all of His promises....all of them....in each promise, ther is a condition....that we believe on His Son....there are I believe 21 promises in Revelation in the messages to the Churches....God will do for us If...WE do as He asks....They are at the end of each message to each Church....are you able to find His Promises??
Jesus My King will be coming very soon.....this I believe as I am reading the signs of the times..are you?? He speaks in the thunder, the heavy rains, the floods, the hurricanes, the earthquakes.....please listen to Him speak....Accept Jesus into your heart...Believe He lived, died and rose in three days to ascend to Heaven....where He waits to save us all once again....
Ask Him to guide your life, your thoughts, your ways of living....You'll be glad you did!

Jesus tells us that we cannot know the time or the day of His return so I don't even give it a thought. I live and enjoy every moment of every day as if it could be my last. Who knows when God could call any of us home to heaven.

Ah Brother Dave...I know you are ready...God wants us to enjoy our lives...but we must enjoy them in praise to Him and belief on His Word....The rainbow was so beautiful....God paints a wonderful palette in the sky .....

Hi FitnezzJim, so glad you stopped by....I see rainbows up here all the time after the rains, but never have I seen one without rain before it...And never in the morning as I did the other day.....The colors were so vivid....Bright and clear against a clear blue sky....
I am out daily with my dogs at this same hour....I watch the beauty of the sunrise, the colors of a sunrise will tell you the weather for the day and the palette painted in the sky has no comparison to a canvas painted by man....
Last week, the Aurora Borealis was painted across the sky for two nights due to the geomagnetic storm we experienced...the northern lights have been rare due to the weather patterns the past few years....and the past several nights, the pleiades have been visible....link below and pics..... Watching the skies has been a passion of mine since childhood, and changing weather patterns as well....I always look to my Bible for answers as to why...this is the only place I will get the right answer....these things are Written about to happen during the times we are living in. This is the best answer I am able to give...

My church teaches to be ready at any moment for the return of our Lord and Savior. Nobody but God knows the exact time of the pinnacle event, not even Jesus Christ or the Heavenly Host. But from the Scriptures we know He is coming back. He said so Himself and promised to come back and take his bride home to Heaven. Praise God for the Rapture and His promises! Our God is an awesome God!
